A Soy and Milk-Free Life 
Hi there, after two years of being on every medication they could for chronic sinusitis, i decided by myself to try a month without dairy. Within a week, the constant throat-clearing, gagging, and irritated bronchial tubes disappeared. I was already off soy because of a hyperthyroidism. I’m looking forward to reading this blog.
After 40 years of battling migraines I found out that I was allergic to milk and soy. Eliminating these triggers has reduced my migraines into an episodic occurance. Thank you for sharing.
